P. O’Connor & Son were delighted to participate in the Swinford EIP Project – Farm Succession and Well Being in 2022 and 2023. This project explored the mental challenges and strains associated with the process of farm succession and provided supports to help the farm family. This EIP initiative was co-funded by the European Commission and the Irish Government as part of Ireland’s Rural Development Programme (RDP).
